Allana represented Australia in the Rugby Sevens in 2013, then consecutive knee injuries forced Allana on the sidelines for several years before making the transition back to league. Allana's first rugby league match for women was in 2015. She played well against Queensland and represented New South Wales. Allana is also a radio player on her profile, with regular appearances on the 2GB's top-rated Continuous Call Team. Allana Ferguson is an experienced educator outside the sport all over the world.
